Kompositrestauration in zwei Phasen:
Ausgedehnte subgingivale Defekte mit einer Kompositrestauration versorgen – geht nicht? Schon gar nicht, wenn das Anlegen von Kofferdam und Matrize nur in modifizierter Weise oder überhaupt nicht möglich ist? Geht doch, mit der zweiphasigen Restaurationstechnik. Das klinische Vorgehen dieser R2-Technik wird im Artikel Schritt für Schritt erläutert sowie Hilfsmittel und Tipps zum Arbeiten im schwer zugänglichen subgingivalen Areal vorgestellt.
